Refund policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bambabyretail@gmail.com.

There is a processing fee of $5.95 for returns processed back to the original method of payment - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Return requests can be made by emailing bambabyretail@gmail.com.  (Please use the order number that begins with BB and looks like: BB-XXXXXXXX). Once your package arrives to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for return processing. 


Damages and issues
Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to bambabyretail@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
